General Terms and Conditions for Competitions

Sign up to our Newsletter via this page. Every sign-up will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

We will notify the winners after the 10-day period has expired at the latest. When you receive an email from us, you must answer this email  within 14 days to receive your amiea Pulse machine.

amiea – Terms and conditions of participation in the “ amiea Pulse ” prize draw

1. Organizer

The organizer of the “amiea Pulse” prize draw is MT.DERM GmbH, Blohmstraße 37-61, 12307 Berlin.

2. Participation

Any natural person aged 18 or over who is an entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code) and who is resident AND has a delivery address in Australia, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Guernsey, Indonesia, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Canada, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, South Africa, Czechia, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, United States, United Kingdom, Cyprus. Employees of MT.DERM and its partners/distributors are excluded. Participation requires an order during the promotional period.

We will notify the winners after the 10-day period has expired at the latest. When you receive an email from us, you must answer this email  within 14 days to receive your amiea Pulse machine.

4. Closing date, number of possible entries

The prize draw will run from June 10 2026 10:00 a.m. and June 15, 2026, 11:59 p.m. (CET). Late entries will not be considered.

5. Prizes, prize draw, notification

One sign-up to the amiea Newsletter will win one amiea Pulse machine.

Winners will be notified by email from end-June until July 15th at the latest.  The response must be made within 14 days, otherwise the prize claim will expire.

6. Cash payment/exchange/assignment

An exchange or cash payment is not possible.

7. Termination of the prize draw

The organizer may terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice, in particular in the event of technical problems or suspected manipulation.

8. Exclusion from participation

Automated processes, manipulation, or attempts to do so will result in exclusion.

In the event of suspected fraud, the prize may be revoked or reclaimed.

9. Liability

The organizer is not liable for technical problems, power failures, software errors, or other impairments, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

10. Data protection

The organizer uses the data provided by participants in accordance with the provisions of German and European data protection law.

Your rights

In addition to the right to revoke your consent given to us, you also have the following rights if the respective legal requirements are met:

•    the right to information about your personal data stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR);

•    the right to have inaccurate data corrected or complete data completed (Art.  16 GDPR);

•    the right to have your data stored by us deleted (Art. 17 GDPR), provided that there are no legal or contractual retention obligations or other legal obligations or rights to further storage;

•    the right to restrict the processing of your data (Art. 18 GDPR), insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to have it deleted, or we no longer need the data, but you need it to be retained for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims;

•    the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), i.e. the right to receive selected data stored by us in a commonly used machine-readable format or to request that this data be transferred to another controller;

•    the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our company headquarters.

Please note that participation in the promotion may no longer be possible if the data is blocked or deleted.

11. Final provisions

German law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Legal recourse is excluded.
